Probably one of the most challenging tests for air tool hoses is in the construction industry,
more specifically for roofing and framing nail gun applications. The hoses used
in these fields have to be super tough to withstand being dragged across roofs,
having lumber dropped on them, and getting stretched to the limit, all this
in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
As a contractor for over 20 years and the owner of a company that does framing and
roofing , I have used just about every type of air hose and assembly available
for nail guns. What I have found is on an average with heavy usage you would
be lucky to get more than a years service out of a hose before it had to be
repaired or replaced.
One of the main areas that give out is the coupling
connection on the hose, this point gives very little notice before it faults.
I would gladly spend more money for a hose that would hold up better, but cost
was not the issue. The more expensive hoses are usually made lighter weight so
they are easier to work with but don't hold up any longer than the cheaper heavier
models. You are paying for the light weight feature and getting roughly the same
durability as the heavy weight cheaper costing type. Any air hose can break under
extreme conditions, the idea is to have a hose that can be repaired on the spot
in seconds, thus avoiding costly down time.

The HIGH TECH AIR CONNECTION was created to fill that need, it features a super
tough light weight hose that will hold up in all weather conditions, flexible
and kink resistant to make it easier to work with, and best of all a unique single end fitting DIRECT FIT connection system that enables the hose to be
plugged directly into the tool and the air source without the need for a hose
fitting, this feature eliminates timely repairs and replacements. A splicer fitting
is also available for instantly connecting two or more hoses together or to repair
an unlikely mid hose tear. This air hose system can be used for standard air
tool application and can be installed in place of your current system in minutes.
Where
time and production matter, down time with a leaky or broken hose can be very
costly, in the past 17 years I have been using the High Tech system, I have
never had to replace a damaged hose. Experience the difference for yourself, make
the change to HIGH TECH AIR CONNECTION TM
